I’ve had advances from Doms who turned out not to be real Doms which is heartbreaking, but it is possible to practice BDSM without a Dominant. Even though you won’t be able to properly ‘discipline’ yourself without a Dominant there are other things that you can do: practice commands, practice submission positions, and many other things. There are many important things that might make someone more valuable to a potential Master – the number one being knowledge about their kinks.

Gather tools of the trade in the kinks that you’re interested in, and further familiarize yourself with them for future use.

But the most important thing to remember that you at this time are responsible for yourself, and have to be careful with who you choose to play with. There are dungeons where you can meet other kinksters for play, and you can go to munches to just chat and maybe play with other kinksters.

I would even suggest that you might want to aquatint yourself with kinksters in your city, or even wait to find someone that you trust and at the right time tell them about your kinks and see if their interested.
