Sadomasochism can be defined as the giving or receiving of pleasure, often sexual, from the infliction or reception of pain or humiliation. It can feature as an enhancement to sexual pleasure, or, in some cases, as a substitute or sine qua non.
Sadomasochism isn’t a self-degrading practice and it certainly a perversion, not like murdering and raping innocent people – now that’s perversion! Even though it’s viewed as a form of degradation, which it is but with the fact it’s totally consensual. Sadism is the sexual gratification of inflicting pain and masochism is the sexual gratification of receiving pain.
Though sadomasochism is seen as a psychological disorder and those who are involved in the BDSM community are seen as level three – you’re not seeking out non-consensual victims where their seriously injured or kill them.
Sadomasochism is a practice that is practical as long there are no non-consensual participants, and be aware of those who are participating and be aware of your actions. Making sure that everyone is enjoying whatever you’re doing to them
