popersPoppers are a popular inhalant used mainly by gay men since the 1960s. Usually made of a chemical called Alkyl nitrates, it is one of those chemicals that is prescription only, but isn’t actually controlled. I’m not sure how many people obtained poppers in the 60s but today you can do a Google search, and order some online in a matter of minutes.

Some reasons poppers are used are to: relax the muscles of the anus and increase sensual awareness. Apparently, some dominants force their subs to inhale poppers while restrained, which forcing any sort of drugs on a submissive should be severely looked down upon without any questions, and these Dominants should be monitored by other Dominants to make sure their not doing any damage to their submissives.

Alkyl nitrate, or amyl nitrite, is a not-unpopular drug that dilates the blood vessels and allows more blood to get to the heart. It delivers a short, sharp high and is often used for enhanced sexual experiences – but can also burn body tissues and even cause death if used by individuals with heart problems.

Now the most important thing to know is that inhaling Alkyl nitrate isn’t called ‘huffing’, huffing is when someone inhales harmful chemicals. As far as we know today, Alkyl nitrate doesn’t have any permanent side affects, that is unless you drink it, or have heart problems.

There are side effects to inhaling amyl nitrate, THERE ARE ALWAYS SIDE EFFECTS, but you might not get those side effects someone else might. It can cause headaches, dizziness and lightheaded (due to drop in blood pressure). There are just to name a few.

Warning: You can die from asphyxiation if you inhale Alkyl nitrate for a prolonged period of time, the inhalant will prevent you from getting enough oxygen. Like swimming in a pool surrounded by dry ice, your body will only be breathing in the carbon dioxide preventing you from breathing in enough oxygen.
